Sujok is a form of alternative therapy that can be used for self healing by stimulation of the hands and the feet. Dr Meeraa on the benefits of this natural form of healing.
Meeraa is one of the earliest certified trainer in India. she has conducted many workshops and trained many people who are competitively practicing now. She offers comprehensive and informative training and add her own experiences to give more details.
Basic Level
Here the logic of representing the human body on the hands and feet is explained. The system of representation is called “Correspondence”. Different correspondence systems used in treatment are taught- and knowledge about the different modalities used here is imparted.
Advanced Level
This course enables a person to impart treatment at a higher level of efficacy. Cure is effected at the causative level and is based on the 5-Element Principle. All disease, according to SuJok is because of disharmony among the body energies. The practitioner is taught to re-establish the harmony, thus restoring health.

Our Purpose
Indian Su Jok Foundation is non-profit organization, which enables the students of Sujok to understand and practice the principles of Sujok ancient art of healing and spread the movement thus healing the needy.
In order to disseminate the knowledge we gained in the field of Su Jok Acupuncture and Onnuri medicine, the vision of Training Institute was conceived. Through the Training Institute, we are spreading the information about various modalities of sujok treatments and the principles behind the science.
